Your Voltscore welcome package includes:

• 6" Extension Cable
• 4" Pry Bar
• Tesla Model 3 & Y Adapter (2019–Current)
• Tesla Model S & X Adapters (2012–2015 Green, 2016–Current Yellow)
1. Download the iOS app: Voltscore Vehicle Data Collection
2. Create and verify your account
3. Confirm your vehicle is on the supported list
1. Turn ignition on and plug device into diagnostic port
2. Open the Voltscore app and log in
3. Select your vehicle and tap Connect
4. Confirm VIN and vehicle details
5. Wait for data collection to finish
6. Remove device and tap Complete
• Enter from back door and turn off main power (Safety menu)
• Remove center panel using pry bar
• Connect Tesla diagnostic cable and Voltscore device
• Follow app steps as usual
• Lower storage panel under main screen
• Locate Tesla diagnostic connector
• Attach correct adapter (Green or Yellow)
• Connect Voltscore device and follow app steps
Some vehicles require at least 50% State of Charge to complete a full diagnostic report.
Make sure these permissions are enabled:
• Location
• Bluetooth
• Camera
• Cellular Data
Go to iPhone Settings → Voltscore, enable all permissions, then fully close and reopen the app.
